Bosses (separated from regular enemies)
240 Boss-tier enemies (Big Boss/Little Boss/Elite) — weakness, Toughness, which cavern they appear in, linked straight to each monster's detail page.
This page filters out 240 enemies the game itself ranks as Boss-tier, separate from regular mobs in the Bestiary — useful for deciding which one to fight or avoid first.
Honkai: Star Rail currently has 240 bosses split into 3 ranks: Big Boss, Little Boss and Elite, each with its own toughness and elemental weaknesses. Check each boss's weakness below to break its shield faster.

Bosses (separated from regular enemies)
Big Boss (Weekly Boss) 21
Big Bosses usually appear as Weekly Bosses (Echo of War) — after the first manual clear you can use Quick Farm tickets for later clears without fighting again.

Little Boss 95
Little Bosses are story-quest bosses or gatekeeper bosses inside a Cavern of Corrosion — lower difficulty than a Big Boss but still have their own Toughness-break mechanic.

How the 3 boss tiers differ
Big Boss
Highest Toughness, usually multiple phase transitions. Most reappear weekly as a Weekly Boss — use Quick Farm tickets after the first manual clear to claim rewards without fighting again.
Little Boss
Shows up in story quests or as the gatekeeper of a Cavern of Corrosion — breaking Toughness with the right element noticeably shortens the fight.
Elite
A middle tier between regular mobs and Little Bosses — lower Toughness, but still worth bringing the right element if you want a fast clear.
What do bosses drop?
The game data has no dedicated drop table per individual boss — what you actually get depends on WHERE you fight: inside a Cavern of Corrosion you get that cavern's relic set (see the Cavern of Corrosion page), while an open-world Weekly Boss usually gives Trace Material for character skill upgrades.
Bosses FAQ
How is a Boss different from a regular Bestiary entry?
The Bestiary page lists every rank together; this page only filters the 3 ranks the game itself labels Boss-tier (Big Boss/Little Boss/Elite) — regular mobs with no meaningful Toughness are excluded entirely.
Why do some bosses show no farming cavern?
Not every boss lives inside a Cavern of Corrosion — many Big Bosses/Little Bosses only appear in story quests or the open world map, with no tie to any relic-farming cavern.
Does fighting a Weekly Boss cost Trailblaze Power every time?
The first manual clear costs normal Trailblaze Power; later clears that week can use a Quick Farm ticket to instantly collect rewards without fighting again, as long as you've earned a ticket from a prior manual clear.
