The people formed a "Victims' Mutual Aid Society" in an attempt to heal this wound. Fulwish perfected a "Happiness Surgery." Once administered, everyone would eternally forget their suffering and remain happy. The source of this surgery was pieces of Shuhu's flesh. Fifteen years later, the "Victims' Mutual Aid Society" evolved into the renowned "Research Society of Happy Smiles." This simple little surgery, disguised as a cosmetic procedure or medical treatment, infected countless people in Planarcadia and allowed Shuhu's cells to slumber within the populace. As the president of the Research Society of Happy Smiles, Fulwish harbored hatred toward the Phantasmoon Games that spawned the Herald of Death, and thus transformed into "Paramount Bliss Inverted: Illwish Archlotus," launching her revenge against this world.
