Deepspace Hunter
At the Hunters Association HQ, the rookie Main Character attends the badging ceremony with the other new recruits. The President recaps how the Deepspace Tunnel appeared fourteen years ago, triggering abnormal geomagnetic storms and spawning the Wanderers, which led to the creation of the Deepspace Hunters. During her Evol check, the system identifies her as Anhaunsen Class (Resonance Evol) but fails to measure its level — a lingering effect of a Wanderer attack fourteen years ago that left her Evol unstable. Despite the failed reading, the President accepts her, insisting skill matters more than a clean scan, and she officially becomes a Deepspace Hunter. Tara, a fellow rookie, makes a brief spoiler appearance as a future squadmate. This chapter follows directly from the send-off in 01-00, unlocks the article 'To Understand the Deepspace Tunnel, Fleet Sets Off,' and leads into 01-02, the Main Character's first training mission.
