YES — on entering Burst stage 1, she gains Drunken on herself (stacks up to 3, -20% Hit Rate for her), but in exchange the WHOLE TEAM gets Critical Rate +20.05% and ATK +35.02% continuously scaling with her Drunken stacks. At Burst stage 3 while Drunken, the team also gets Distributed Damage +15.03% and Reload Speed +15.04% per stack. Her Burst, A Pirate's Romance, grants the team Critical Damage +40.04% and Attack Damage +15.04%, multiplied further by Drunken stacks. Extremely strong team buffs, but with a real tradeoff: hitting max Drunken at the end of Full Burst self-Stuns her for 10s — requires timing her burst rhythm carefully.

Mast: Romantic Maid is a Water Supporter (MG, Burst II) who builds "Drunken" stacks on allies for team-wide Crit Rate and ATK buffs.

While allies are Drunken they gain Crit Rate +20.05% and ATK +35.02% of her ATK continuously, and her burst A Pirate's Romance adds Crit Damage +40.04% plus up to roughly ATK +60% (20.06% per stack) of her ATK at max Drunken stacks.

She's strong in sustained fights where Drunken can be built up and paired with crit-scaling DPS, but note S1 reduces her own hit rate -20% per stack, and reaching max Drunken triggers a 10s self-stun (Hangover) that needs careful timing.

Prioritize the Burst Skill (A Pirate's Romance) first — it gives the whole squad Critical Damage+40.04% and Attack Damage+15.04%, plus scaling ATK per Drunken stack, the strongest team-wide buff in her kit. Next, Skill 1 (A Pirate's Heart) triggers and sustains Drunken for the team (Critical Rate+20.05%, continuous ATK+35.02% of caster's ATK), the foundation the whole mechanic depends on. Skill 2 (A Pirate's Spirit) only pays off at the precise moment of entering Burst Stage 3 while Drunken, so it's more timing-dependent and ranks last.

4/4/4 (playable) → 7/4/7 → 10/4/10 (final, as a Drunken-stack buff Supporter). Prioritize Skill 1 (triggers Drunken + team Crit Rate/ATK) and Burst (Crit Damage + Drunken multiplier) first; Skill 2 (extra buff at Burst stage 3) can wait.

Strengths

• Shares the Aegis squad with Mast, Anchor, and Helm — a group known for strong damage/crit buffs or AoE healing, so Mast: Romantic Maid likely follows the same direction.
• Machine Gun has a fast fire rate, maintaining a steady support rhythm during fights.

Weaknesses

• Being Drunken lowers her own Hit Rate by 20% per stack, and reaching max Drunken at the end of Full Burst self-Stuns her for 10s — squads need to time her Burst carefully to avoid losing a turn.
• As a costume/variant sharing the squad with the base Mast, her role may overlap if both are fielded together.
