Is Barbara worth building?

Barbara is the free healer the game hands you, and early on she's a rock-solid source of healing for a young account. The best part is she asks for nothing expensive: the craftable Prototype Amber and a free 4pc Ocean-Hued Clam are more than enough, just stack HP%. If you want more value, let her hold the 3-star Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers to buff your main DPS's ATK. Farm HP% on sands, goblet and circlet first and she'll keep you alive through the whole opening stretch.
