Noelle
Noelle is a gift for beginners: pulled from the standard banner, yet she shields, heals, and carries damage all by herself. She shines most at C6, but even below that she's great for farming and clearing normal content. The key stat is DEF — farm the Husk of Opulent Dreams set and DEF-scaling weapons like the craftable Whiteblind. Don't force her as a main DPS in the hardest endgame, but for everyday play she's absolutely worth raising.

Creates a shield for your active character that lasts for 20s and absorbs DMG equal to 400% of Noelle's DEF.
The shield has a 150% DMG Absorption effectiveness against all Elemental and Physical DMG.
This effect can only occur once every 60s.

One hit may be counted every 0.1s.

Combat Rotation
- Cast Elemental Skill E "Breastplate" before engaging to create a DEF-scaling shield and deal AoE Geo DMG.
- Use Normal/Charged Attacks to build up energy until you reach the 60 needed for the Elemental Burst.
- Unleash Elemental Burst Q "Sweeping Time" (costs 60 energy) to convert Normal Attack DMG into unshiftable Geo DMG and boost ATK based on DEF.
- While Q is active, chain Normal/Charged Attacks continuously to maximize the converted Geo damage window.
- Recast E as soon as it's off cooldown (24s CD, no energy cost) to keep the shield up and trigger its healing chance on hit.
- If running Noelle as support/sub-DPS: just cast E for the shield + heal, then swap to your main DPS.
- If running Noelle as a solo-carry with DEF gear: loop E → build energy → Q → Normal Attacks throughout the fight.
- Track Q's cooldown to time the next cast precisely and maximize Geo-conversion uptime.
Noelle constellations
While Sweeping Time and Breastplate are both in effect, the chance of Breastplate's healing effects activating is increased to 100%.
Decreases the Stamina Consumption of Noelle's Charged Attacks by 20% and increases her Charged Attack DMG by 15%.

Maximum upgrade level is 15.
When Breastplate's duration expires or it is destroyed by DMG, it will deal 400% of Noelle's ATK as Geo DMG to surrounding opponents.

Strengths & Weaknesses
- Can restore HP for the team via I Got Your Back.
- Can shield the team via Breastplate.
- The core mechanic (via Breastplate) scales with DEF — DEF% is a rarely-contested artifact substat, usually easy to roll extra of.
- 4★ (Claymore) — obtainable via the standard wish/banner, no need to pull on a limited banner.
- Since it scales with DEF (via Breastplate), most teammates' ATK%/EM buffs are nearly useless on it — needs its own dedicated DEF gear/weapon.
- The ascension stat is just plain DEF% — no built-in CRIT/EM/DMG Bonus advantage like many other characters, everything has to be rolled from scratch on artifacts.
- The Devotion mechanic only triggers once the character's own HP drops below a certain threshold — you must risk low HP to get the effect.
