Amber is a starter character with modest power, so only invest if you genuinely love her. The charged-shot Melt playstyle can put up decent numbers, but it demands good aim and a strong support cast. If you just want light use, build her as a Support with 4pc Noblesse Oblige to buff the team. Farm CRIT DMG and Elemental Mastery first; a craftable 4-star like Prototype Crescent or Hamayumi is more than enough.
