Lisa is a free character everyone owns, and in an Aggravate team with Nahida she performs far better than people expect thanks to her DEF shred and fast Electro application. She isn't top tier, so don't stress: a 4-star The Widsith or the craftable Flowing Purity is enough, no 5-star required. To make her really shine, take her to level 90 and prioritize 4pc Thundering Fury plus crit stats. A budget-friendly pick well worth investing in if you lack an Electro DPS.
