Kaedehara Kazuha
Kazuha is just about the best Anemo support to invest in and fits into nearly every team, especially mono-element comps or anything running Swirl reactions. He groups enemies neatly while handing out a huge elemental damage buff, visibly lifting the whole team. Build him full Elemental Mastery (EM sands, goblet, and circlet) with a 4pc Viridescent Venerer set, and aim for roughly 130–170% Energy Recharge so his Burst is always ready. For the weapon, a craftable 4-star Iron Sting already unlocks most of his value — you don't need his signature to shine.

Get him to Level 90 first, then Q > E ≈ NA — his buff scales off Elemental Mastery and character level more than talent levels, so leveling the character matters most.
Teams for Kaedehara Kazuha
Kazuha groups enemies and shreds Cryo resistance so Ayaka can concentrate her damage, Kokomi keeps enemies frozen, and Shenhe provides a huge Cryo buff.
Kazuha groups enemies and shreds Pyro resistance to spike Vaporize damage, Xingqiu applies Hydro, and Zhongli provides a shield.

#When Kaedehara Kazuha's Energy is lower than 45, he obtains the following effects:

After using Chihayaburu or Kazuha Slash, Kaedehara Kazuha gains an Anemo Infusion for 5s. Additionally, each point of Elemental Mastery will increase the DMG dealt by Kaedehara Kazuha's Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks by 0.2%.
