Raiden Shogun
Raiden is one of the best investments in the game because almost every team wants her: she batteries the whole party and still deals strong personal damage. What matters most is stacking enough Energy Recharge (around 200-250%) to burst every rotation, and Engulfing Lightning makes that easy. F2P need not worry, the craftable spear The Catch already takes her very far. Prioritize a 4pc Emblem of Severed Fate and an Electro goblet first.

The classic National team: Raiden batteries energy for the whole team, Xiangling and Xingqiu stack up the damage, and Bennett buffs ATK and heals.
Raiden's Electro Normal Attacks keep triggering Hyperbloom, while Nahida and a Hydro unit create Dendro Cores for it to detonate.

Eye of Stormy Judgment
·When characters with this buff attack and deal DMG to opponents, the Eye will unleash a coordinated attack, dealing AoE Electro DMG at the opponent's position.
·Characters who gain the Eye of Stormy Judgment will have their Elemental Burst DMG increased based on the Energy Cost of the Elemental Burst during the Eye's duration.
The Eye can initiate one coordinated attack every 0.9s per party.
Coordinated attacks generated by characters not controlled by you deal 20% of the normal DMG.
Beings of great divinity might affect all that they survey, and the Electro Archon can manipulate the very inauspicious stars themselves to defend her retainers and bring a thundering sentence down on their foes.
Secret Art: Musou Shinsetsu
Musou Isshin
While in this state, the Raiden Shogun will wield her tachi in battle, while her Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks will be infused with Electro DMG, which cannot be overridden. When such attacks hit opponents, she will regenerate Energy for all nearby party members. Energy can be restored this way once every 1s, and this effect can be triggered 5 times throughout this skill's duration.
While in this state, the Raiden Shogun's resistance to interruption is increased, and she is immune to Electro-Charged reaction DMG.
While Musou Isshin is active, the Raiden Shogun's Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attack DMG will be considered Elemental Burst DMG.
The effects of Musou Isshin will be cleared when the Raiden Shogun leaves the field.
Chakra Desiderata
When nearby party members (excluding the Raiden Shogun herself) use their Elemental Bursts, the Raiden Shogun will build up Resolve stacks based on the Energy Cost of these Elemental Bursts.
The maximum number of Resolve stacks is 60.
The Resolve gained by Chakra Desiderata will be cleared 300s after the Raiden Shogun leaves the field.
This is the Raiden Shogun's new secret technique. Abandoning the void-like "Musou," she now shoulders a new "Musou" — the dreams and ambitions of all. Just as "shinsetsu," "the truth," also means "the new," so too has Inazuma entered a new chapter.

Combat Rotation
- Open with the Elemental Skill (Transcendence: Baleful Omen) to summon the Eye of Stormy Judgment field, lasting 25s with a 10s cooldown.
- Swap to your main DPS/other party members and attack continuously while the field is active to trigger the Eye's coordinated Electro attacks.
- Rack up as many coordinated attacks as possible — every time an ally uses their Burst, Raiden gains Resolve stacks (Chakra Desiderata), boosting her own Burst DMG later.
- Swap back to Raiden Shogun once she has built up the full 90 Energy needed for her Burst.
- Unleash her Burst (Musou Shinsetsu) into Musou Isshin and attack continuously for its full duration to maximize the number of hits converted into Burst DMG.
- When Musou Isshin ends, Raiden restores Energy to the whole party — immediately swap to your main carry to fire off their Burst while their Energy is topped up.
- Swap back to Raiden once her Elemental Skill is off cooldown (10s) to repeat the Resolve/Energy cycle for the next rotation.
Raiden Shogun constellations
Chakra Desiderata will gather Resolve even faster. When Electro characters use their Elemental Bursts, the Resolve gained is increased by 80%. When characters of other Elemental Types use their Elemental Bursts, the Resolve gained is increased by 20%.
While using Musou no Hitotachi and in the Musou Isshin state applied by Secret Art: Musou Shinsetsu, the Raiden Shogun's attacks ignore 60% of opponents' DEF.
