Ineffa is one of the most rewarding off-field investments right now — she carries huge Lunar-Charged damage on her own while also keeping the team alive with a durable shield. You don't need her signature Fractured Halo to make her work; Staff of the Scarlet Sands or even Bloodsoaked Ruins get the job done. Priority one is a clean 4pc Aubade of Morningstar and Moon, then Energy Recharge to keep her Burst uptime. She shines hardest with a high-uptime Hydro unit to keep Electro-Charged rolling.
