4: CRIT Rate (or CRIT DMG) · 5: Electric DMG · 6: ATK%
Prioritize CRIT Rate/CRIT DMG > ATK% > PEN; aim for 70%+ CRIT Rate and ~2500+ ATK.
Skill priority: Core Skill > Basic Attack > EX Special = Ultimate > Assist > Dodge.
Well worth pulling if you want a new-gen Electric carry: explosive Basic Attack damage, self-buffed CRIT DMG, and Energy for the Vanguard. Her weaknesses are needing a second Attacker to reach full power and relying heavily on her signature
Cordis Germina to hit enough CRIT.
Per prydwen (Lv60, core passive included): ATK 2700-3000+, CRIT Rate 75%-90%+, CRIT DMG 110%-140%+, HP 10000+, DEF 800+. game8 lists CRIT Rate ~75-85% (80-85% with signature) and CRIT DMG 120-140%+. Stack CRIT Rate first, since Seed's Core Skill already supplies CRIT DMG.
Practical combo (per prydwen + gamewith): 1) Open on the Vanguard (your 2nd Attacker) - build Energy, then fire the Vanguard's EX Special to grant Seed Onslaught. 2) Swap to Seed and HOLD EX Special (Raining Iron Petals / Flight Mode, invulnerable throughout), burning 60-120 Energy => grants the Vanguard Direct Strike; both gain Besiege (+DMG, and 20% DEF ignore at M2). 3) Build Steel Charge (~200, or 100 with M1) and dump the Basic Attack: Falling Petals - Downfall/Slaughter chain - her main damage. 4) Quickswap Seed <-> Vanguard, alternating EX Specials to keep Besiege up. 5) Fire Ultimate/Chain on full Decibel to cap the burst.
Hibernation Period: lowers the Steel Charge needed to trigger Basic Attack: Falling Petals - Downfall to 100, grants +40/20 Steel Charge on entering the field/using Ultimate, and adds +30% CRIT DMG to Downfall. A strong quality-of-life plus real damage - the smoothest early breakpoint.
Light Absorption Technique: while Besiege is active that Agent's DMG ignores 20% DEF; EX Special (Raining Iron Petals) can be held to burn up to 120 Energy to extend it, and every 5 Energy spent boosts the next Basic Attack: Falling Petals - Slaughter by +5% DMG. STOP AT M2: prydwen, game8 and gamewith all name M2 the best value breakpoint - past it, prioritize her signature engine cordis-germina over more copies.
A Story of Sprouting: Basic/Assist/Dodge/Special/Chain +2 levels. A flat stat bump with no new mechanic - low priority.
Fragrant Tune: while Besiege is active, +10% Decibel Generation Rate and +20% Ultimate DMG. A genuine boost (faster, stronger ult) but not worth the copy cost over M2.
Time to Bloom: another +2 skill levels. Like M3, pure numbers, not a priority.
Theory of the Heart: +50% CRIT DMG and each Basic Attack: Falling Petals - Slaughter fires 3 extra lasers (165% ATK each, 3s cooldown). A big damage jump but very expensive - whale-only, not recommended for typical players.
- Loads of invincibility frames and free dodge mechanics while skilling - very hard to get interrupted mid-combo.
- Introduces a brand-new archetype - Dual Attack-Class DPS teams - reviving niche Attackers like Nekomata and Billy as viable partners.
- Kit blends Support and DPS: hands out ATK +1000, CRIT DMG and DMG-dealt buffs to both herself and the Vanguard - a unique spot among Attack agents.
- Very high instant burst from her enhanced basic (Falling Petals - Slaughter) and Ultimate - great against bosses and beefy targets (per game8).
- At release she has no dedicated partner - she must pull other Attackers out of their own best teams to build hers.
- Combos aren't mechanically hard but demand proper resource management (Steel Charge + Energy) to be effective.
- Must always run alongside a second Attack Agent - a heavy team-building constraint; she can't solo-carry.
Strong in Shiyu Defense: her Dual-Attacker burst clears rooms fast, ideal for the score/time race; prydwen rates her overall T0.5 with high Shiyu usage.
Suits Deadly Assault: her enhanced-basic + Ultimate burst hits hard against DA's beefy bosses; prydwen and game8 both confirm strong output here.

Core Skill2
Core Passive: Flower Chain Protocol
The Attack teammate with the highest initial ATK is considered Seed's Vanguard. When the Vanguard unleashes an EX Special Attack, Seed gains Onslaught status, increasing Seed's ATK by 100 and CRIT DMG by 15%. When Seed unleashes an EX Special Attack, the Vanguard gains Direct Strike status, increasing the Vanguard's ATK by 100 and CRIT DMG by 15%. When Direct Strike and Onslaught are both active, Seed and the Vanguard simultaneously gain Besiege status, increasing DMG dealt by 15%. Onslaught, Direct Strike, and Besiege buffs can all take effect when the character is the current active character. When switching to inactive, the buffs remain until the character goes off-field or 3s after the switch. When the character returns to being the active character, the buffs re-activate. Upon entering the battlefield with a Vanguard, Seed immediately gains Onslaught status and Besiege status, while the Vanguard immediately gains Direct Strike status and Besiege status. Direct Strike and Onslaught status last for 40s, and repeated triggers refresh the duration. When the Vanguard consumes Energy as the active character or when Seed consumes Energy, for every 1 point of Energy consumed, Seed recovers 0.5 points of Steel Charge.*Stats shown are at Base level.
Additional Ability: Surprise Strike
When another Attack Character is in your squad: When Seed deals DMG as the active character, restore 2 Energy to the Vanguard. This effect can trigger once every 1s. Seed's Basic Attack: Falling Petals - Slaughter, Basic Attack: Falling Petals - Downfall, and Ultimate: Clockwork Garden - Bloom! deal 30% increased DMG and ignore 25% of enemy Electric RES.
