Should you pull?
Should you pull?
CONSIDER IT — An international community tier list ranks Delta: Ninja Thief B in Story, and a mode-by-mode community tier list only gives her A for Solo Raid — a usable Defender but not yet a mandatory meta core. Worth pulling if you need a flexible Defender who adapts her mechanic to squad composition, or lack an answer for distributed damage in Solo Raid/Anomaly. If you already have a top-tier Burst I Defender like Anis: Star or Crown, prioritize those first since they're more universal.

Skill Investment Priority
Skill investment roadmap (Skill 1 / Skill 2 / Burst — general priority): 1/1/1 (functional) → 4/4/4 → 7/4/7 → 10/7/10 (endgame). Why: Skill 1 (all-enemy debuff) and Burst (distributed-damage buff + support) are her two main squad-wide value sources, so prioritize them together; Skill 2, while defining her tanking mechanic, is less level-sensitive and can stay mid-level.
Strengths & Weaknesses
Strengths
- Flexible mechanic depending on squad composition: as the solo Defender she self-Shields and continuously self-taunts; with another Defender present, she switches to single-target-attack immunity plus lifesteal — adapting well to different comps.
- Ninjutsu IFAK accumulates healing then releases it all at once to the squad, a hard counter to continuous distributed damage.
- Skill 1 debuffs all enemies' damage taken, indirectly buffing the whole squad despite being a Defender.
- Her Burst combines a distributed-damage/ATK buff with shield/healing support depending on her state, rare multitasking for a Defender.
Weaknesses
- An international community tier list only ranks her B in Story — not yet a top-tier meta Defender for campaign.
- Her mechanic changing based on Defender count in the squad is fairly complex, requiring good understanding to build an optimal team.
- Community tier lists only give her A for Solo Raid, "-" for Stage/Anomaly, and C for Tribe Tower — a fairly narrow usage window.
- As a Burst II unit she comes online slower than popular Burst I Defenders like Crown or Anis: Star.

Recommended Teams
Campaign
- General Squad: Delta: Ninja Thief · Liter · Privaty · Naga · 2 flex Attackers (Guillotine, Modernia). Skill 1 debuffs all enemies' damage taken on entering Full Burst, and Skill 2 (when she's the only Defender in the squad) grants a Shield plus continuous self-taunt to protect the team.
- Double-Defender Team: Delta: Ninja Thief · Tia · Privaty · Naga · 1 flex Attacker. With another Defender in the squad, Skill 2 switches to single-target-attack immunity plus self-lifesteal, good for comps needing both a main tank and a secondary one.
Arena / PvP
- Sustain Team: Delta: Ninja Thief · Blanc · Centi · Guillotine · 1 flex Supporter. Her Burst buffs squad-wide distributed damage and ATK, while also boosting her next Shield's HP if she's taunting — helping her survive a PvP opening burst.
