Should you pull?

CONSIDER. Her wide DEF-shred burst is genuinely useful for team support, but weak normal attacks and a minor Skill 1 effect make her a poor main-damage pick; worth pulling if you need an SSR armor-breaker for bosses, unnecessary if your Attacker roster is already strong.

Review & Analysis

Signal is a Fire Attacker wielding an SMG with Burst II, combining AoE damage with enemy debuffs and self-sustain. Skill 1 Attack Signal triggers after 60 landed normal attacks, lowering both ATK and DEF on the target for 5 seconds. Skill 2 Waiting for Signal triggers on entering Full Burst, healing herself based on damage dealt to help her endure longer fights. Her Burst Emergency Signal deals AoE damage to all enemies within range and further lowers their DEF — stacking with Skill 1 to amplify the whole team's damage against already-weakened targets.

Skill Investment Priority

Prioritize Burst Emergency Signal (main AoE damage + enemy DEF shred) → Skill 1 Attack Signal (further ATK/DEF debuff, amplifies squad damage) → Skill 2 (self-heal, sustains her through fights).

1/1/1 (playable) → 4/4/4 → 4/4/9 (final). Prioritize the burst since it's her main source of DEF-shred and team support; Skill 1/2 are minor, so a moderate level is enough.

Strengths & Weaknesses

Strengths

  • Her burst lowers all in-range enemies' DEF by 12.34% for 10 seconds, supporting the whole team rather than just herself.
  • Skill 2 self-heals for 44.08% of damage dealt over 10 seconds after entering Full Burst, helping her survive long fights.
  • High SSR base stats (HP 583734 · ATK 25554) despite belonging to the early-game Scouts squad.

Weaknesses

  • SMG normal attack deals only 8.1% ATK, extremely low — mostly there to fill Skill 1's trigger condition rather than deal real damage.
  • Skill 1's DEF/ATK reduction on the target is only 5.94%, a fairly small effect for needing 60 normal-attack hits to trigger.
  • She doesn't belong to a squad with many strong teammates in the current data (The Scouts only has Delta), limiting set-synergy options.
