Bubble Can Factory is the main source for Arc ascension materials, but the top tier of this line can only be CRAFTED (see the "What it takes to craft this" block below) or bought at the Hunter Exchange — it doesn't drop directly from the Bubble Can Factory. Better to stock up on the lower tiers and craft upward instead of waiting for a direct drop.
