Complete the New Herland district commission Kindness Hard to Refuse to receive the Arc.

If you defeat the required boss but forget to pick up the Arc, the game automatically mails it to your inbox afterward. Most of these fights only require winning once in single-player mode, so picking the lowest difficulty and quitting right after the win (no stamina cost) is enough.
