"Black Tome"
Increases Break Intensity by 10%.
Seals Arc: Black Tome with two chains by default. Unleashes 1 chain each time any character on the team casts a Support Skill. Makes Arc: Black Tome available when all two chains are unleashed.
Arc: Black Tome — Summons the Black Tome for 30s. Designates an enemy every 30s. Increases the wearer's Chaos DMG dealt to designated enemies by -20%. Deals Chaos DMG equal to — of the wearer's ATK to designated enemies when they take Break Damage.

How to Get This Arc
Take the 4-star commission The Book of Post-Adolescence in the New Herland district, follow it to a construction site, ride the elevator to the rooftop, then defeat the boss Black Tome to receive the Arc.
Two Community Tips
If you defeat the required boss but forget to pick up the Arc, the game automatically mails it to your inbox afterward. Most of these fights only require winning once in single-player mode, so picking the lowest difficulty and quitting right after the win (no stamina cost) is enough.
