Consumes — of current HP and randomly performs one of the following attacks (CD —s) in Arc: Silent Garden:
Harsh Rebuke: Rains merciless rebukes like leaves in a storm, dealing 5 instances of Incantation DMG of — ATK.
Incessant Nagging: Pierces targets with sharp, cutting words like thorns, dealing 6 instances of Incantation DMG of — ATK; the final instance deals double damage.

Why This Arc Is Strong (or Weak)

Increases CRIT DMG whenever HP drops without the wearer being hit, and can consume current HP to deal multiple instances of Incantation DMG — only one character can reliably self-trigger this, so it plays like a near-exclusive Arc despite the C rank.

Community tier: C

Spending heavy materials on a C-tier Arc you will likely replace in a few hours of play is a loss you can usually avoid — but a C-tier Arc that boosts raw ATK is still better than an empty slot in the meantime.

How to Get This Arc

Complete the side story Where Words Sprout, Fall Unfolds to unlock the boss Serenetti — defeat her for the first time to receive the Arc.

⚠ Note: after clearing the story trigger, you must fight this boss again a second time — the Arc is not granted immediately when the story ends.

Two Community Tips

If you defeat the required boss but forget to pick up the Arc, the game automatically mails it to your inbox afterward. Most of these fights only require winning once in single-player mode, so picking the lowest difficulty and quitting right after the win (no stamina cost) is enough.
