Fischl is one of the most worthwhile 4-star sub-DPS in the whole game — she slots into any Electro team and quietly carries huge damage, especially in Aggravate teams with Dendro. The beauty is she needs almost no field time: tap her Skill and swap out. No Polar Star? The Stringless or the craftable Hamayumi are already plenty strong. Prioritize a 4pc Golden Troupe, an Electro DMG goblet and CRIT; add Elemental Mastery if you run Aggravate.

Has the following properties during the ability's duration:
·Fischl takes on Oz's form, greatly increasing her Movement Speed.

· After a nearby party member triggers an Overloaded reaction, Fischl and other nearby active party members have their ATK increased by 22.5% for 10s.
· After a nearby party member triggers an Electro-Charged or Lunar-Charged reaction, Fischl and other nearby active party members have their Elemental Mastery increased by 90 for 10s.
Combat Rotation
- Opener: unleash Burst (Midnight Phantasmagoria, 60 energy) for AoE Electro DMG plus a brief movement speed boost.
- Cast Elemental Skill (Nightrider) to summon Oz — he auto-attacks with Electro for 10 seconds; the Skill has a 25s cooldown so it can't be spammed.
- Swap to your main DPS and stand near Oz so his Electro hits keep triggering elemental reactions with your team's element.
- Weave your main DPS's normal attacks and skills while Oz is still active (10s window) to maximize reaction uptime.
- Once Oz's duration ends, tag Fischl back in for a couple of normal attacks to build energy if needed, then wait for the Skill to come off cooldown.
- Repeat the loop: re-cast Skill every 25s when Oz is off cooldown, re-cast Burst once you hit 60 energy again — Fischl mainly functions as an off-field Electro applicator/support, not a field-time carry.

- The core mechanic (via Devourer of All Sins) scales with ATK — the standard stat line on most damage weapons, no build pivot needed.
