Carve the Moon, Weave the Clouds
Carve the Moon, Weave the Clouds is a 4★ Light Cone for the Path of Harmony in Honkai: Star Rail.
A farmable 4-star Harmony cone that rotates team-wide ATK/CRIT DMG/Energy Regeneration buffs, making it flexible and widely used across many teams.
At the start of the battle and whenever the wearer's turn begins, one of the following effects is applied randomly: All allies' ATK increases by 10%, all allies' CRIT DMG increases by 12%, or all allies' Energy Regeneration Rate increases by 6%. The applied effect cannot be identical to the last effect applied, and will replace the previous effect. The applied effect will be removed when the wearer has been knocked down. Effects of the same type cannot be stacked.
He immediately falls in love with the golden vessel and is about to buy it, but the foxian girl drags him aside and whispers: "Please return at night, Mr. Benefactor, and make up your mind then." As promised, he returns at night. The same foxian girl opens the door and smiles at him. "Please follow me, Mr. Benefactor." A ray of moonlight shines onto the base of the etched plate. The artisan had traced the petals with lines of various depths, and he would not be able to see such details without the moonlight. He finally recalls why this item is called "Carve the Moon, Weave the Clouds."
How to read this Light Cone page
Every Light Cone has exactly one passive effect tied to the wielder's combat performance; that effect scales up as you Superimpose it from S1 to S5 — use the S1-S5 buttons above to see the exact numbers at each level instead of guessing or interpolating. A Light Cone only delivers its full value on a character who shares its Path; "Characters who use this cone" lists every character on that Path, while "Best users" is a narrower list pulled from real build consensus, not a guess.
Base stats (HP/ATK/DEF) are shown at Lv80 for every cone of the same rarity so they can be compared directly; a 5-star cone will always edge out 4-star and 3-star ones here — the real difference lives in the passive effect, not the flat stats. The "Alternative cones on the same Path" section suggests a few other options if you do not own the signature cone yet, or want to compare before spending ascension materials.
