Name Day — Review & Analysis
Name Day is a dedicated support/buffer with a strong pair of amplifiers: her second Incantation buffs the whole team's DMG and Healing Received, while her Ultimate raises the team's Final Rite DMG by 50% and lets the ally in front cast their rite without spending Action Points — opening a powerful burst window. She only has one AoE Mental attack that also dispels Counter, so her value lies in amplifying a strong carry rather than dealing damage herself.
- Dual team-wide buff: raises both DMG dealt and Healing Received, fitting almost any lineup.
- The Ultimate adds 50% Final Rite DMG and lets the ally in front cast their Ultimate without spending Action Points — huge burst and tempo enabling.
- Solid built-in durability: 8% DMG reduction on entering battle, and self Moxie generation whenever the partner casts a rite.
- As a Mineral unit she only counters Beast and is countered by Star (taking +30% DMG), leaving her own combat window narrow.
- Her key buffs Name and Etiquette only reach the adjacent ally in front, so she leans heavily on team positioning and a fitting partner; her personal damage is negligible.
Since her value comes from buffs rather than personal damage, level the Ultimate and her buff Incantation (skill 2) first to push the buff percentages and durations; save the AoE damage skill for later. For Psychubes, favor support-oriented options that reinforce buff strength/uptime or her survivability over pure ATK/Crit Psychubes, as she doesn't rely on her own damage.

Where to Get
Teams with Name Day
Windsong, Blonney and Kanjira all carry the Confusion tag — stacking Confusion on the same enemy makes it more likely to attack its own side, effectively removing it from the fight without needing to burst it down. La Source keeps everyone alive with Moxie + Heal while the debuff resolves. None of the four needs a Euphoria.
Teams →Barcarola, Aleph and Kiperina all tap into Impromptu — combining it across three kits at once outperforms any single carry doing it alone. Name Day keeps the line-up alive with Heal so that payoff has time to land.
Teams →Tooth Fairy, Matilda and Voyager all tap into Confusion together with Crit — combining it across three kits at once outperforms any single carry doing it alone. Name Day keeps the line-up alive with Heal so that payoff has time to land.
Teams →Vila, Avgust and ONiON all tap into Heal together with Sturdy — combining it across three kits at once outperforms any single carry doing it alone. Barbara keeps the line-up alive with Heal so that payoff has time to land.
Teams →Liang Yue, Desert Flannel and Buddy Fairchild all tap into Crit together with Moxie — combining it across three kits at once outperforms any single carry doing it alone. Name Day keeps the line-up alive with Heal so that payoff has time to land.
Teams →Darley Clatter, La Source and Sputnik all tap into Moxie together with Heal — combining it across three kits at once outperforms any single carry doing it alone. Marcus keeps the line-up alive with Heal so that payoff has time to land.
Teams →Paper Heron spends her own Eureka to add extra hits and bonus DMG% onto Impromptu Incantation, the shared follow-up counter that Barcarola, Aleph and Kiperina each feed independently through their own kits — stacking all four Impromptu carries at once compounds the same counter instead of splitting the mechanic across two separate teams. Kiperina's Shield and Cleanse cover the survivability a dedicated healer would otherwise provide.
