Blonney — Review & Analysis
Blonney is a crit-centric Star Reality DPS: all three of her skills stack Crit Rate and Crit DMG on herself, while her Insight passive tops up more every time she casts the Ultimate, so she barely needs teammates to buff her crits. Incantation II applies [Mingmei], cutting the target's Crit Resistance by 25%, turning her into a bursty single-target damage source that also opens the door for the whole crit team. With an AoE Ultimate, she flexes between single-target focus and wide clears.
- Self-sufficient crits: Incantation I adds 25% Crit Rate/DMG right on the hit, the passive tops up another 20%+10% after the Ultimate plus 15% Crit DMG on entering battle, so she leans little on buffers.
- Incantation II applies stackable [Mingmei] for -25% Crit Resistance, boosting both her own and the whole team's effective crit.
- Level-3 Incantation I nukes for up to 400% single-target with built-in crit — strong burst; the Ultimate is AoE, so she flexes between focus and clears.
- Star is countered by Plant: against Plant enemies she sits on the wrong side of the cycle, losing the +30% edge while they gain it.
- Her whole value rides on crits and accumulated buff layers — if a hit fails to crit or the stacks aren't up yet, her damage sags, and she offers little team utility beyond the crit-resistance debuff.
Level Incantation I first — it's her main single-target nuke with built-in crit — then the Ultimate to trigger the Insight passive and cover AoE; raise Incantation II afterward to keep the [Mingmei] source online. Since her kit already handles Crit Rate, pick a Psychube geared toward Crit DMG or ATK amplification to push her damage ceiling rather than piling on more crit rate. The ideal team adds ATK/damage boosters and avoids Plant-element enemy fights.

Where to Get
Teams with Blonney
Windsong, Blonney and Kanjira all carry the Confusion tag — stacking Confusion on the same enemy makes it more likely to attack its own side, effectively removing it from the fight without needing to burst it down. La Source keeps everyone alive with Moxie + Heal while the debuff resolves. None of the four needs a Euphoria.
Teams →Tooth Fairy, Matilda and Voyager all tap into Confusion together with Crit — combining it across three kits at once outperforms any single carry doing it alone. Name Day keeps the line-up alive with Heal so that payoff has time to land.
