Flutterpage is a self-sufficient Star-Afflatus Reality DPS: 'Cotton Kite' hits a single target for up to 250% while granting Continuous Action I for a follow-up strike, and 'Knock, Knock' is a 375% AoE on 2 targets that stacks Gust on herself. Her ultimate refills all Moxie, converts her incantation into Regards from the Sky and spams it, opening a huge burst window. She is a hyper-carry main DPS who shoulders the team's damage with little reliance on outside buffs.
