Team Timekeeper is a group of arcanists in the St. Pavlov Foundation that have been recruited by the Timekeeper, specialized in field work that tend towards the "Storm" and the Manus Vindictae. They are not exactly within the ranks of the Foundation as they had not been registered in the organization, but they are associated with it through the Timekeeper.
The arcane international police organization subordinated to St. Pavlov Foundation. The Bureau functions as the authority to select, train, test and dispatch arcane affair enforcement officers.
