Regulus — Review & Analysis
Regulus is a Star-Afflatus Mental DMG carry (6★, tier A+) built around guaranteed Crits. Her [Restless Heart] passive lets her skip a turn to gain +50% Crit Rate at round end, converting any excess Crit Rate into Crit DMG before she unloads an extremely high single-target multiplier (up to 550%). Beyond damage, her Ultimate wraps the whole team in a one-round evasion buff and her second Incantation strips enemy Moxie on Crit, so she doubles as a survival and tempo-control piece.
- Extremely high single-target multiplier (up to 550% when Molded) — huge burst for deleting priority targets.
- [Restless Heart] grants +50% Crit Rate and converts the excess into Crit DMG, so stacking Crit only makes her stronger and all but guarantees a critical strike.
- The Ultimate is both AoE damage and a one-round team-wide evasion of all non-Ultimate attacks — pumping damage while shielding the team.

Melania and Regulus both key off Moxie and Ultimate — the faster Moxie fills, the more often their Ultimates fire. Vila carries the same Moxie/Ultimate tag and adds Heal + Sturdy so the chain never stalls. Rubuska closes the loop with a Moxie-tagged heal that keeps everyone topped up between Ults.
