Ms. Moissan is a 4-star Mineral unit built around single-target Reality DMG, with a clear off-support streak on the side. Her Incantation I hits one target and scales up to 550% through Molding, while her Ultimate both nukes and inflicts [Frozen], locking the target out for a round. Add a team-wide ATK-based [Shield] and self-healing after every action, and she reads as a hybrid single-target DPS with survival tools — though her F tier means stronger picks tend to crowd her out.
