Chongyun
Chongyun is an easy-to-get 4-star Cryo sub-DPS, most useful when you need off-field Cryo or want to convert a melee main DPS into Cryo damage for Freeze teams. He's no damage superstar, but his infusion field and resistance-shredding Burst are handy. The key is the craftable Sacrificial Greatsword to double-cast his Skill, which nearly removes energy worries. Hit your ER first, then chase CRIT; invest moderately, don't pour resources in like a main DPS.

Chongyun converts Eula's melee hits into Cryo damage and shreds RES, Raiden supplies energy, and the last slot flexibly covers a shield or healing.
Chongyun seeds Cryo for the resonance and shreds RES for the Freeze team, Kokomi keeps Hydro applied to lock in Freeze, and Kazuha groups enemies.

Charged Attack
Drains Stamina over time to perform continuous spinning attacks against all nearby opponents.
At the end of the sequence, performs a more powerful slash.
Plunging Attack
Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.
Spirit Blade: Chonghua's Layered Frost
After a short delay, the cold air created by the Cryo explosion will coalesce into a Chonghua Frost Field, within which all Sword, Claymore and Polearm-wielding characters' weapons will be infused with Cryo.
