Value Tier List

Characters and weapons ranked by combat result relative to how hard they are to obtain — cheap-and-strong first.

Value here means combat result relative to how hard something is to obtain — not raw power. A free-to-get 4-star that reaches A-tier is ranked as better value than an expensive 5-star that only reaches A-tier, even though their in-battle performance is similar, because Kuro Games' own published rates guarantee a 4-star or better every 10 pulls, while 5-stars land at just a 0.8% base chance per pull. This page crosses each character's and weapon's official rarity against its combat tier to surface the best-performing cheap picks first.

Frequently asked questions

Does "best value" mean these are the strongest units in the game?
No — the raw strongest units are on the power tier list, almost all limited 5-stars. This page answers a different question: among what you can realistically obtain without heavy investment, what performs best? A 4-star hitting A-tier will never out-damage an SS-tier 5-star, but it costs a fraction of the pulls to acquire.
Why aren't Astrite/dollar prices used to measure value here?
Because pull costs vary by region and change with promotions, and this site does not have a reliable, cross-checked source for regional pricing. Rarity (4-star vs. 5-star) is used instead because it directly maps to Kuro Games' own published pull rates — a fact that doesn't change by region or sale.
