4: CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG · 5: Electric DMG · 6: ATK%
CRIT Rate/CRIT DMG > ATK% > PEN
Skill priority: Basic Attack > EX Special > Dodge/Assist > Ultimate > Chain
Worth pulling and fully investing in: she's one of the strongest Electric Attackers in the 3.0 meta, piling on damage fast thanks to Silver Star and Aftershock. Her only weakness is needing enough CRIT and a good stunner to go all-out, but her team frame is very easy to slot together.
IN-COMBAT targets : ~70% Crit Rate and 180%+ Crit DMG after buffs (her Additional Ability + 4pc Shadow Harmony grant ~22% Crit in combat, so the static sheet can read lower). Crit DMG is the golden stat because her Core Passive adds up to 30% of her Crit DMG to Aftershock damage — so Crit DMG double-dips. Main stats: slot 4 Crit Rate/Crit DMG · slot 5 Electric DMG · slot 6 ATK%. Substat priority: Crit Rate = Crit DMG > ATK% > PEN.
1) OPENER: enter and stack Silver Star marks with Basic Attacks (2 full basic cycles reach 3 stacks), or Dodge Counter twice to stack fast. 2) HOLD Special (~50% energy) to fully restore marks and land a heavy burst hit. 3) LOOP: tap Special 3 times in a row for the Azure Flash follow-up chain — each time White Thunder is full it drops an Aftershock lightning strike that crits. 4) Keep her ON-FIELD almost continuously; avoid swaps that drop Silver Star marks. 5) ULTIMATE: fire it inside your stunner's daze window (Pulchra/Qingyi) to dump Aftershock — with M2 the Ult also opens extra Azure Flash follow-ups.
EX Special triggers the White Thunder aftereffect 3 TIMES without consuming stacks — pumping Aftershock damage straight into the stun window (~+23% dmg). A very worthwhile first cone, especially for burst during the Daze phase.
The best stopping point (~+20% dmg): a PERMANENT +12% Crit Rate, and using her Ultimate grants 6 stacks of Thunder's Cry enabling extra 'free' Azure Flash follow-ups — more damage plus self-supplied Crit Rate that eases disc requirements. STOP AT M2 for most players. Priority order: pull her signature Severed Innocence FIRST, then M1, then M2 (M0R1 → M1R1 → M2R1).
All skills +2 levels. A small flat bump with no gameplay change — low value, just a stepping stone to M4.
Hitting a Silver Star-marked enemy ignores 12% Electric RES (~+10% dmg). A modest bump with an easy condition, but not worth pulling for on its own — only a bonus if you already have it.
All skills +2 levels again. Still just flat numbers, a bridge to M6 — low value.
A big jump (~+30% dmg): after triggering White Thunder 6 times she unleashes a huge AoE hit (~10x multiplier) that scales for both single and multi-target. Very strong but whale-tier — most stop at M2; only those with spare resources aim straight for M6 (skipping the bland M3-M5).
- Rock-steady on-field Attacker: most of her damage comes from Aftershock follow-ups that crit, delivering consistent output with no anomaly RNG.
- Simple, intuitive rotation (stack marks → hold Special → tap Special 3 times) — far easier than combo-heavy Attackers, friendly even to newer players.
- Her Core Passive also buffs the WHOLE TEAM's Aftershock damage by 25%, so she synergizes strongly with follow-up-heavy partners.
- Flexible teams: runs well from F2P mono-electric (Trigger/Rina) up to premium comps with Astra Yao, with strong Electric resonance.
- Very stat-hungry: needs ~70% in-combat Crit Rate and 180%+ Crit DMG to unlock her Core — demanding disc RNG and farming.
- Demands nearly constant on-field time to keep Silver Star marks; frequent swapping drops stacks and DPS — awkward in quick-swap comps.
- Basic Attack windows leave brief openings to get hit — she lacks the generous i-frames of dodge/counter Attackers, so boss reads matter.
Excellent in Shiyu Defense: single-target burst teams (Soldier 0 + a stunner Pulchra/Qingyi + Astra Yao) dump heavy Aftershock chains in the stun window to melt one side's boss fast — the community rank her among the top current Attackers.
Also strong in Deadly Assault: steady on-field play keeps Silver Star marks up and rains Aftershock on high-HP foes; mono-electric (Trigger/Rina) or Astra Yao comps regularly hit top scores when given enough break time.

How to read this build page
Every Agent build page has 4 parts: a stat table by level, W-Engine/Drive Disc suggestions, a Mindscape roadmap, and recommended teams. Read them in that order — stats tell you "what you need", gear tells you "where to get it", Mindscape tells you "is it worth pulling", teams tell you "who to pair with". The section below explains how to read each part, and it applies the same way to every character on the site.
How to read the stat table and level
The stat table shows values at the ascension breakpoints (usually the final one, e.g. Lv60) — these are BASE stats with no gear added, useful for comparing Agents or checking whether you've ascended far enough. CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG are shown separately because they set the damage ceiling once Drive Disc substats stack on top. If your real stats are lower than the table, you likely haven't fully ascended or leveled yet — it's not a build mistake.
Why the W-Engine and Drive Disc picks make sense
Most Agents have a "signature" W-Engine designed for their exact role, plus a few cheaper standard-banner substitutes. Missing the signature isn't a dead end — most Agents keep most of their power with a well-matched substitute, just short by some amount of total damage.
- Drive Disc sets (2pc + 4pc) are picked for the set effect that fits that Agent's playstyle (mono-element, Anomaly, stun, and so on).
- Substats follow a priority that changes by role: Attack-type Agents usually chase CRIT Rate/CRIT DMG before ATK%; Anomaly-type Agents add Anomaly Proficiency to that mix; Stun/Support roles often value survivability or energy stats over pure CRIT.
These weights differ per character — follow the exact substat priority table above rather than applying one formula to every role.
Is Mindscape worth chasing
General rule: M0 (no duplicates) already clears the game's hardest content, even for S-rank Agents. Mindscape is a duplicate-fueled upgrade system, and each level costs more resources for a smaller power gain. For most Agents, the best value stop is usually M1–M2 (where some key effects unlock), while M6 is almost always for players chasing the absolute ceiling, not a requirement. Check the Mindscape section in the table above for that specific Agent's numbers.
Skill priority by role
There's no single order for every Agent, but the general pattern by role is:
- Attack: level the main damage skill first (Basic or Special Attack depending on kit), Dash/Dodge last.
- Stun: prioritize whichever skill builds Daze/Stun fastest, since the stun window is where the whole team dumps damage.
- Support: prioritize buff or energy-generating skills over personal damage — this role's value comes from lifting the whole team.
- Anomaly: prioritize the skill that stacks anomaly buildup, since most of the damage comes from the triggered effect, not the direct hit.
Always level the Core Skill steadily alongside the rest — it's a baseline stat that affects the whole rotation, not just one move.
