ZZZ Standard Banner — Best S-Rank Agents & 300-Pull Selector Pick | Zenless Zone Zero
The ZZZ standard banner (Stable Channel) holds 6 S-Rank Agents —
Lycaon,
Rina,
Nekomata,
Soldier 11,
Grace,
Koleda — pulled at random with no rate-up. The best 300-pull selector pick (Additional Recruitment) is Lycaon: the strongest, most flexible Stun Agent, superb in Ice teams like
Ellen/
Miyabi. If you already run an Electric team, Rina (a Support who boosts PEN Ratio) is the clear #2. You only get to pick once, with no time limit, so choose calmly based on the team you actually play.
What is the standard banner? The Stable Channel "Star-Studded Cast"
ZZZ's standard (permanent) banner is called Star-Studded Cast, on the Stable Channel. It never expires and pools every "standard" S-Rank Agent into one shared pool.
Unlike a limited banner, the standard banner has no rate-up and no 50/50: each S-Rank you hit is a random one of the 6 standard Agents. Hard pity is still 90 pulls, and the very first time you pull on the Stable Channel your first S-Rank is guaranteed within 50 pulls (one-time only).
Importantly, the standard banner spends regular Master Tapes, completely separate from the Encrypted Master Tapes used on limited banners — so spending Master Tapes here never eats into your limited-character pulls. To see what pull you're on, use gamevika's ZZZ pity counter.
The 6 S-Rank Agents in the standard pool
As of now the standard pool holds exactly 6 S-Rank Agents (the launch roster, none added since):
- Von Lycaon — Ice, Stun
- Rina (Alexandrina Sebastiane) — Electric, Support
- Nekomata — Physical, Attack
- Soldier 11 — Fire, Attack
- Grace Howard — Electric, Anomaly
- Koleda — Fire, Stun
All 6 share an equal chance whenever you hit an S-Rank. Limited Agents (Ellen, Miyabi, Yixuan…) are not in this pool.
Note: the Stable Channel pool also contains S-Rank W-Engines (weapons), so not every S-Rank you pull is an Agent. But the 300-pull selector (Additional Recruitment) only picks Agents.
The 300-pull selector: Additional Recruitment
This is the most valuable reward on the standard banner. After 300 total pulls on the Stable Channel you unlock Additional Recruitment — letting you hand-pick any 1 S-Rank Agent from the 6-Agent pool.
Three things to remember:
- You don't need 300 pulls at once — every Stable Channel pull counts and stacks, even spread across months.
- You pick only once per account.
- There's no time limit — take your time; no need to rush a pick you're unsure about.
Because 300 pulls is a long road and the choice is one-and-done, pick for the team you actually play — don't blind-pick an Agent you won't use.
Who to pick? #1 Lycaon — the strongest, most flexible Stun
For most players, Von Lycaon is the #1 pick. His personal damage is low, but he is the game's best daze-builder and Stun applier — and the Stun window is exactly when your main DPS unloads its biggest hits.
Lycaon also cuts enemy Ice RES by 25% for 30s (on his EX Special Attack or Assist Follow-Up) and, when he strikes a Stunned target, raises that target's Stun DMG Multiplier by 35% — making him especially strong alongside Ice DPS like Ellen or Miyabi — top-meta comps. Since Stun is a universally useful role, a good Lycaon almost never goes to waste. If you're unsure, Lycaon is the safest choice.
#2 Rina (Electric Support) — and situational picks
Rina is the #2 pick, edging past Lycaon only if you already run the right team. She's a universal Support: her core passive raises the whole squad's PEN Ratio — a flat bonus plus 25% of Rina's own PEN Ratio, up to 30% — helping every DPS ignore enemy DEF and hit harder. She's especially at home in Electric teams (e.g. alongside Harumasa or other Electric DPS).
The remaining four, in rough priority order (they're close and team-dependent):
- #3 Soldier 11 — a Fire Attack DPS with steady, easy-to-use damage; handy if you lack a main carry.
- #4 Grace — Electric Anomaly DPS, at her best in disorder/Anomaly-focused teams.
- #5 Nekomata — a nimble Physical Attack DPS, but the one most at risk of being power-crept by later limited Agents.
- #6 Koleda — a Fire Stun who overlaps with Lycaon's role and is fairly team-dependent, so lowest priority.
Once you've picked, tune your build with gamevika's Drive Disc scorer.
- 1#2 RinaElectric Support, up to 30% PEN Ratio
- 2#3 Soldier 11Fire Attack DPS, steady and easy
- 3#4 GraceElectric Anomaly DPS, best in disorder teams
- 4#5 NekomataPhysical DPS, most at risk of power-creep
- 5#6 KoledaFire Stun, overlaps with Lycaon's role
Tips: where to spend Master Tapes and when to pick
- Spend regular Master Tapes on the standard banner, and save Encrypted Master Tapes for limited banners — the two ticket types are separate and don't convert.
- Treat 300 pulls as a long-term goal: keep spending Master Tapes whenever you have them and you'll get there, picking up free random S-Ranks along the way.
- If unsure, don't rush the pick: with no time limit, wait until you know your core team, then choose the Agent that best fills a gap.
- To review your account/roster before deciding, look it up with gamevika's ZZZ UID lookup.
FAQ
Who should I pick with the 300-pull standard selector?
Generally Lycaon — the strongest, most flexible Stun Agent, useful in any team and superb in Ice comps like Ellen/Miyabi. If you already run Electric, Rina (a PEN-boosting Support) is the #2 pick. Since it's a one-time, no-deadline choice, pick for the team you actually play.
Do the 300 pulls have to be done all at once?
No. Every pull on the Stable Channel accumulates, even spread over months. Once your total reaches 300 you unlock Additional Recruitment to choose 1 S-Rank Agent — once per account.
Should I pull the standard banner, or save tickets for limited?
Yes — pull it with regular Master Tapes, since those tickets are separate and can't be used on limited banners. Save your Encrypted Master Tapes (for limited) instead. Pulling the standard banner also builds toward the 300-pull free Agent pick.
