Freminet
Freminet is an easy-to-get 4-star who's fun to play but sits around mid-tier power, better for newer players than for pushing hard content. To make him work, hit your Energy needs so the Burst comes up on time, then farm 4pc Blizzard Strayer for Freeze teams, or Marechaussee Hunter if you run Furina. A high-refinement Serpent Spine is his most valuable weapon, but the craftable Snow-Tombed Starsilver does the job too. Just don't expect him to solo-carry the hardest floors.

Drains Stamina over time to perform continuous spinning attacks against all nearby opponents.

Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.
Pressurized Floe
While Pers Timer is active, his Elemental Skill will turn into Shattering Pressure.
Shattering Pressure
Executes different sorts of attacks based on the Pressure Level of Pers Timer, and then cancels Pers Timer.
·Level 0: Unleashes a vertical cut, dealing Cryo DMG.
·Levels 1 to 3: Unleashes a vertical cut alongside Pers, dealing Cryo DMG and Physical DMG. DMG dealt scales based on Pressure Level.
·Level 4: Borrows the power of a fully-pressurized Pers to deal Physical DMG. Meanwhile, Normal Attack: Flowing Eddies will be replaced by Shattering Pressure.
Pers Timer
When Freminet uses Normal Attacks, he will also unleash waves of frost that deal Cryo DMG and increase Pers's Pressure Level.
The accompanying Cryo DMG dealt this way is considered Elemental Skill DMG.
Arkhe: Pneuma
At certain intervals, after using the upward thrust, a Spiritbreath Thorn in the form of another upward thrust will be created, dealing Pneuma-aligned Cryo DMG.
To immobilize one's opponent without taking their life can also be considered something of a "survival" strategy that one may choose.

Shadowhunter's Ambush
While in Subnautical Hunter mode, Freminet's resistance to interruption will increase, and his Elemental Skill "Pressurized Floe" will obtain the following buffs:
·CD is decreased by 70%.
·Normal Attacks will increase the Pers Timer by 1 additional Pressure Level, and the frost released by his Normal Attacks deal 200% of their original DMG.
These effects will be canceled when Freminet leaves the field.

- Unleash Elemental Burst (Shadowhunter's Ambush), costing 60 Energy, for AoE Cryo DMG, instantly reset the Skill's cooldown, and enter Subnautical Hunter mode (10s).
- Recast Elemental Skill immediately (CD -70% in Subnautical Hunter) to refresh Pers Timer.
- Chain Normal Attacks again — Subnautical Hunter grants +1 extra Pressure Level per hit and 200% frost DMG, ramping to Pressure Level 4 fast.
- At Level 4, Normal Attack is replaced by the empowered Shattering Pressure — use it for the burst damage window.
- Loop Skill to Normal Attacks to Shattering Pressure until Subnautical Hunter ends, then recast Burst when Energy is ready.

Apart from diving, my main hobby is dismantling mechanical things and modifying them. I also collect spare parts, and sometimes I build new clockwork toys out of them. ...Pers? No, Pers is more like family to me. We grew up together... No, I'm serious. I'm always tinkering with it to add more functionality... I truly hope that a day will come when Pers can fly free into the sky.
Freminet's Troubles
...That's a tough question. I don't have any critical issues that need addressing, but at the same time, there's a long laundry list of minor things which all take their toll. If I was a clockwork toy on the shelf, I wouldn't even know where to start trying to fix me up... But at the end of the day, I guess it all comes down to one thing... I'm just too weak.
Favorite Food
Seafood. Mainly fish and shrimp, crab's okay too. I'm really glad that Lyney and Lynette share my tastes, because it means we can eat meals together... I don't mind how the ingredients are cooked, though. I leave that decision up to them.
Least Favorite Food
I can't handle coffee. More than half a cup and before long, my heart starts racing and I can't calm my breathing down. Everyone says that coffee can boost your energy levels, but to me, it's torture...
