Long May Rainbows Adorn the Sky is a 5★ Light Cone for the Path of Remembrance in Honkai: Star Rail.
A 5-star Remembrance Light Cone that boosts SPD and converts party HP consumption into a huge Additional DMG burst on the memosprite's next attack, making it excellent but limited to memosprite-focused characters.
Increases the wearer's SPD by 18%. When the wearer uses Basic ATK, Skill, or Ultimate, consumes all allies' HP equal to 1% of their current HP, and after the next attack of the wearer's memosprite, enables it to additionally deal 1 instance of Additional DMG equal to 250% of the total consumed HP to the attacked target, with the damage type based on the memosprite's type. Then, the total consumed HP is reset. When the wearer's memosprite uses Memosprite Skill, increases the DMG taken by all enemies by 18%, lasting for 2 turn(s). Effects of the same type cannot stack.

The physician listens with care to the visitor's sorrows, offering words of gentle solace. "Please close your eyes and breathe slowly... Imagine yourself in a warm and soft place..." As if infused with magic, a seven-colored rainbow radiance spills from beneath the wings of the winged beast. "A breeze would drift across the plains, carrying the fragrance of wildflowers. Moist clouds would pass by, laden with sunlight..." The visitor gradually sinks into a peaceful dream, responding only with the quiet rhythm of steady breaths. After seeing the last patient, the physician gently closes the door of the ward. In the distance, the boundless evernight still surges, with many ruins standing like the scars of the earth. "In the next life, may dawn shine upon all..." Before departing, she makes a wish to the sky — "May the sky forever hold that rainbow radiance."
How to read this Light Cone page
Every Light Cone has exactly one passive effect tied to the wielder's combat performance; that effect scales up as you Superimpose it from S1 to S5 — use the S1-S5 buttons above to see the exact numbers at each level instead of guessing or interpolating. A Light Cone only delivers its full value on a character who shares its Path; "Characters who use this cone" lists every character on that Path, while "Best users" is a narrower list pulled from real build consensus, not a guess.
Base stats (HP/ATK/DEF) are shown at Lv80 for every cone of the same rarity so they can be compared directly; a 5-star cone will always edge out 4-star and 3-star ones here — the real difference lives in the passive effect, not the flat stats. The "Alternative cones on the same Path" section suggests a few other options if you do not own the signature cone yet, or want to compare before spending ascension materials.
