Flora is a Electric Nikke in the Supporter class, manufactured by Missilis. Stats and skill text below come straight from the game's data.
“To Flora, everyone appears as a flower. She explains everything by comparing it to what she perceives as an analogous flower. Perhaps this is why her words often resonate deeply with those in need of emotional healing.”

Should you pull?
DEPENDS. If your roster lacks an active, no-condition healer that pairs well with adjacent carries, Flora is a solid pick for long Interception/boss stages. If you already own a stronger dedicated healer (Helm, Maiden), you can safely skip her since she brings no meaningful damage.

Skill Investment Priority
Suggested path: 1/1/1 (playable) → 4/1/7 → 7/4/10 → 10/7/10. Prioritize Skill 1 and Burst first since they are the two active heal/buff sources, while Skill 2 only triggers when an ally drops to 90% HP so it can wait.
Strengths & Weaknesses
Strengths
- Active healing from the very first second of battle, no trigger condition needed.
- Her Burst II both heals the whole team and buffs true damage — two effects in one Burst.
- Well suited to teams that need to keep carries alive through long Interception/boss fights.
Weaknesses
- Skill 1 and Skill 2 depend on adjacent positioning, forcing a rigid formation.
- No meaningful damage output of her own — a pure support role.

General Info
Recommended Teams
Campaign
- Adjacent-heal team: Flora · 2 main damage dealers standing next to her · 1 flex CDR (Liter/Volume) · 1 flex buffer (Privaty/Admi). Place two high-ATK carries right beside Flora so they get her full heal and true-damage buff.
Arena/PvP
- Sustained defense team: Flora · 1 flex tank · 1 other healer (Helm/Novel) · 2 flex attackers. Good against fast one-shot opponents when you need to outlast them.
Raid & Interception
- Sustainable Electric team: Flora · 1 CDR (Liter) · 1 tank (Kilo/Anis: Star) · 2 flex Electric attackers. Petunia and Secret Garden keep HP stable through long fights without spending a separate healing turn.
