Xianyun
Xianyun is a dream support for any plunge team (Gaming, Hu Tao, Cyno...): she massively multiplies plunge damage while healing the whole party to make up for the lack of a shield. She scales off ATK, so stack ATK% everywhere, aim for around 3,500-4,000 ATK and ~200% Energy Recharge to burst reliably. No Crane's Echoing Call? The free Sacrificial Jade or Favonius Codex still work well. For artifacts, use Viridescent Venerer if the team swirls, otherwise Song of Days Past.

Xianyun's talents
Word of Wind and Flower
Summons swirling winds to perform up to 4 attacks, dealing Anemo DMG.
Charged Attack
Consumes a certain amount of Stamina and launches a Breeze Bolt in a straight line that deals Anemo DMG to opponents along its path.
Plunging Attack
Gathers the power of Anemo and plunges towards the ground from mid-air, damaging all opponents in her path. Deals AoE Anemo DMG upon impact with the ground.
White Clouds at Dawn
In this state, her Plunging Attack will be converted into Driftcloud Wave instead, which deals AoE Anemo DMG and ends the Cloud Transmogrification state. This DMG is considered Plunging Attack DMG.
Each use of Skyladder while in this state increases the DMG and AoE of the next Driftcloud Wave used.
Skyladder
Can be used while in mid-air. Xianyun leaps forward, dealing Anemo DMG to targets along her path.
During each Cloud Transmogrification state Xianyun enters, Skyladder may be used up to 3 times and only 1 instance of Skyladder DMG can be dealt to any one opponent.
If Skyladder is not used again in a short period, the Cloud Transmogrification state will be canceled.
If Xianyun does not use Driftcloud Wave while in this state, the next CD of White Clouds at Dawn will be decreased by 3s.
Do not shake Cloud Retainer's hand too tightly; cranes are quite adept at gripping.
Stars Gather at Dusk
Starwicker
·Continuously follows the active character and periodically heals all nearby party members based on Xianyun's ATK.
·Starts with 8 stacks of Adeptal Assistance. While Adeptal Assistance is active, nearby active characters in the party will have their jump height increased.
·When the active character completes a Plunging Attack, Starwicker will consume 1 stack of Adeptal Assistance and deal AoE Anemo DMG.
Only 1 Starwicker can exist simultaneously.
This is the newest invention in the "Lunastar Artifices" series, of which previous creations include the Supreme Cuisine Machine, the Snowdrift Mechanism, the Supreme Housekeeping Machine, the Floating Toting Device, and the Bloom Pruner. This series was intended for young humans Cloud Retainer held in great esteem, and so was not designed with a certain half-adeptus in mind. However, when offered Starwicker, a certain female disciple of hers had these emotionless words to say: "No thank you."
Cloud Retainer thus had no choice but to keep it herself.

Combat Rotation
- Cast Elemental Burst (Q) "Stars Gather at Dusk" (70 Energy) for AoE Anemo DMG, ATK-scaled healing, and to summon Starwicker (starts with 8 Adeptal Assistance stacks).
- Jump and use Elemental Skill (E) "White Clouds at Dawn" to enter Cloud Transmogrification, taking no Fall DMG.
- While airborne, trigger Skyladder up to 3 times for Anemo DMG, each use boosting the next Driftcloud Wave's DMG/AoE.
- Land the Plunging Attack to unleash Driftcloud Wave, ending Cloud Transmogrification with AoE Anemo DMG and granting nearby allies a Storm Pinion stack (passive Galefeather Pursuit: +4/6/8/10% Plunging Attack CRIT Rate per stack, max 4).
- Have the active character Plunge again while Starwicker still holds Adeptal Assistance stacks — each Plunge consumes 1 stack for bonus Anemo DMG, amplified by passive Consider (+200% of Xianyun's ATK to the shockwave, capped at 9,000 DMG).
- Swap in the team's Plunging Attack-focused carry to cash in the Storm Pinion CRIT Rate buff and Starwicker's shockwave DMG bonus.
- Recast White Clouds at Dawn (E) and Stars Gather at Dusk (Q) on cooldown to refresh Starwicker uptime and keep the team topped off via healing.

After using a Skyladder from White Clouds at Dawn, Xianyun's ATK will be increased by 20% for 15s.
Additionally, the effects of the Ascension Talent "Consider, the Adeptus in Her Realm" will be enhanced: When the Starwicker created by Stars Gather at Dusk has Adeptal Assistance stacks, nearby active characters' Plunging Attack shockwave DMG will be increased by 400% of Xianyun's ATK. The maximum DMG increase that can be achieved this way is 18,000.
Each Plunging Attack shockwave DMG instance can only apply this increased DMG effect to a single opponent. Each character can trigger this effect once every 0.4s.
You must first unlock the Ascension Talent "Consider, the Adeptus in Her Realm."

Naturally, the crowd soon dispersed. Hmph, to master the adepti arts and the mechanical arts requires supreme talent and the utmost stillness of mind. Training would be a futile endeavor for those who cannot even persevere for a mere three months.

For all the wondrous feats that can be accomplished by one who has mastered the mechanical arts, one often uses it for purely recreational purposes. There was one year when it snowed heavily in Liyue, and Mt. Aocang was covered in several feet of snow. Seeing everyone cooped up in their abodes with nothing to do, one created a Snowdrift Mechanism for skiing on the mountains. One was having a tremendous time of it along with Guizhong and Streetward Rambler... until, of course, Moon Carver noticed as much and decided to join in. Moments later, he had managed to send the mechanism flying off the rails and plummeted deep into a snow bank. It took us hours to dig him out... Later, one introduced a great many safety features to the mechanism, to the point where it could be safely piloted by even a three-year-old child. Although this did entail a compromise on the top speed of the vehicle.

Yes — the contest shall have to wait until one has made a few improvements to the device...
Ningguang
The Tianquan conducts her business with great adroitness, and is meticulous in her speech. Hmph, one must admit that Liyue is thriving under the governance of the Qixing. One has been observing her closely in the hope of discovering her secret... Ahem, that was for your ears only — please do not relay it to her.
Keqing

Yun Jin
There are many Liyue operas adapted from stories about the adepti, including some based on one's own life and exploits... Zibai
Zibai has made herself quite a regular visitor lately. She is certainly proficient in mathematics, but... *sigh* On one occasion, Yaoyao showed up to deliver some things from Ping, and Zibai took the opportunity to quiz her with a handful of math problems. Being the bright child that she is, Yaoyao answered them with no issue — much to the delight of Zibai, who then peppered the poor girl with even more math problems. One has never seen Yaoyao sweat so profusely... Goodness knows how much longer this would have continued had one not stepped in and changed the topic... *sigh* But Zibai still hasn't let it go. She insists that Yaoyao's mathematical gift must not be squandered and keeps asking one for her address so that she can deliver some worksheets to her... Hmph. The question is, should I tell her or not?
