Kirara
Kirara is a compact Dendro shielder, especially handy in Bloom or Quicken teams that want a shield plus off-field Dendro. Since her shield scales off max HP, just stack HP% everywhere and get enough Energy Recharge (~160%) to burst every rotation. The 2pc Tenacity of the Millelith + 2pc Vourukasha's Glow combo is the easiest to farm; for pure Dendro teams, Deepwood Memories also works. Without Key of Khaj-Nisut, the 4-star Favonius Sword recharges her and does the job.

Meow-teor Kick
Leaps into the air with all the agility of a cat passing through the bushes, and thwacks her foes with a flying kick that deals AoE Dendro DMG while creating a Shield of Safe Transport. This will also briefly apply Dendro to Kirara. The shield will absorb Dendro DMG with 250% effectiveness. The shield's DMG absorption will be based on Kirara's Max HP and will not exceed a certain percentage of that Max HP. The remaining DMG absorption on a Shield of Safe Transport will stack on a new one when it is created, and its duration will reset.
Hold
Out of her desire to "deliver within half a day," Kirara deploys a Shield of Safe Transport identical to the one that can be created by pressing the skill. She will also curl up into a special express delivery box, entering the Urgent Neko Parcel state in order to move and fight more swiftly.
Urgent Neko Parcel
· Deals Dendro DMG to opponents she crashes into. This effect can be triggered once on each opponent every 0.5s.
· When in this state, Kirara's movement speed, climbing speed, and jumping power are all increased, and her Stamina Consumption from climbing is increased.
· When the duration ends or the skill is used again, a Flipclaw Strike more powerful than the attack in the Press Mode will be unleashed, dealing AoE Dendro DMG.
· The Urgent Neko Parcel state lasts a maximum of 10s. When the state ends, the skill will enter CD. The longer Kirara spends in this state, the longer the CD will be.
· Sprinting or actively canceling climbing will end this state early.

- Open with her Elemental Skill (E) Meow-teor Kick (8s CD) for AoE Dendro DMG and to summon the "Urgent Neko Parcel" shield.
- While the shield state is active, jump again with E once or twice more to stack extra shield layers before it expires.
- Once you've built up 60 Energy, unleash her Elemental Burst (Q) Secret Art: Surprise Dispatch (15s CD) for AoE Dendro DMG that splits into Cat Grass Cardamoms to trigger elemental reactions.
- If running Kirara as a main DPS, swap straight into normal/charged attacks (Boxcutter) right after the cardamoms burst to capitalize on the Dendro reaction.
- Weave in normal attacks between cooldowns to keep up damage and energy regen.
- As soon as E comes off cooldown (8s), recast it to refresh the party's protective shield.
- Loop E - normal attacks - Q on an 8-15s cycle; if Kirara is running support/shield duty, prioritize shield uptime over squeezing out max damage.
Kirara constellations
Every 8,000 Max HP Kirara possesses will cause her to create 1 extra Cat Grass Cardamom when she uses Secret Art: Surprise Dispatch. A maximum of 4 extra can be created this way.
When Kirara is in the Urgent Neko Parcel state of Meow-teor Kick, she will grant other party members she crashes into Critical Transport Shields.
The DMG absorption of Critical Transport Shield is 40% of the maximum absorption Meow-teor Kick's normal Shields of Safe Transport are capable of, and will absorb Dendro DMG with 250% effectiveness.
Critical Transport Shields last 12s and can be triggered once on each character every 10s.
Increases the Level of Meow-teor Kick by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
After active character(s) protected by Shields of Safe Transport or Critical Transport Shields hit opponents with Normal, Charged, or Plunging Attacks, Kirara will perform a coordinated attack with them using Small Cat Grass Cardamoms, dealing 200% of her ATK as Dendro DMG. DMG dealt this way is considered Elemental Burst DMG. This effect can be triggered once every 3.8s. This CD is shared between all party members.
Increases the Level of Secret Art: Surprise Dispatch by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
All nearby party members gain a 12% All Elemental DMG Bonus for 15s after Kirara uses her Elemental Skill or Burst.

Kirara's Hobbies
I like delivering packages across the world. Whenever I see an address I've never been to before, I get so excited that I can't sleep. I mean, I just wish that I could be there right this instant. I grew up surrounded by forests and shrubs, and it gets boring pretty quickly. But things are different out here. There are so many things I've never seen before, and it feels like there's something new waiting for me around every corner!
Kirara's Troubles
The life of a human may be full of surprises, but there are so many rules too. Humans can't sleep on a roof, catch fish from a pond, or find a nice place to scratch and sharpen their claws... But as soon as I revert to my original form, no one bats an eye over any of these things. The trouble is that my nekomata form attracts a lot of attention, so I can't just walk into a restaurant and order food the way a human would...
Favorite Food
When I was still a cat, I loved everything Granny made for me — I could gobble up an entire bowl in one go! As for now... Sashimi Platters are my go-to staple! With tender and fresh fish directly served on a plate, I don't even have to go through the hassle of removing the bones and scales! But the restaurant staff always gives me this strange look whenever I start working my way through the fish heads...
Least Favorite Food
Once, I was catching fish by the ocean when a crab caught me off guard and pinched my tails from behind. It hurt so bad, I thought they were gonna get snipped off! Ugh, why do people like eating crab anyway? They have so little meat, and their shells are so unbelievably thick — I can't even open them with my claws. Oh, and I can't stand anything hot either. I could hardly believe it when I learned there's a dish called "Butter Crab." How do humans manage to eat something so hard AND hot?

Strengths & Weaknesses
- Can shield the team via Meow-teor Kick.
- Buffs the whole team's DMG/stats via Countless Sights to See, with no elemental restriction on party composition.
- The core mechanic (via Meow-teor Kick) scales with HP — HP% is also an easy-to-find substat, and the character usually comes with high survivability too.
- 4★ (Sword) — obtainable via the standard wish/banner, no need to pull on a limited banner.
- Since it scales with HP (via Meow-teor Kick), it can't share ATK%-geared artifacts with other DPS — needs a separate HP-focused artifact/weapon set.
