Reforged in Hellfire
Reforged in Hellfire is a 5★ Light Cone for the Path of Nihility in Honkai: Star Rail.
A 5-star cone with solid HP, reliable energy regen, and a strong CRIT DMG debuff (30% general plus an extra 30% exclusive to the wearer) after a Skill attack, but its full value is really only unlocked by a character built around applying that debuff and then dealing crit-focused damage.
Increases the wearer's Max HP by 30%. At the start of the wearer's turn, regenerates a fixed amount of 20 Energy. This effect can trigger 1 time each wave. After the wearer uses Skill to attack, inflicts the target with the "Purgatory" state, lasting for 2 turn(s). While in the "Purgatory" state, the target receives 30% increased CRIT DMG and 30% additionally increased CRIT DMG from the wearer.
One moment, a rushing tide. The body sinks, plunging into the deepest reaches of the azure abyss. One moment, a desolate isle. Echoes of the past resonate through the mist, drifting further and further away. One moment, a field of crimson blooms of the farshore. Broken blades are scorched and reshaped in the raging inferno, finally becoming one. "Since my time has not yet come, I shall forge myself anew." With despair as the furnace and this body as the catalyst, he has lost count of how many times he has endured such agony. "I shall take death as my hammer, and I will... sever this fate!!" At the instant of rebirth, the flames scatter and surge toward the heavens, burning all the way to the edge of the farshore. In that moment, all karmic debts are settled. The new body, tempered through a thousand trials, has finally been forged.
How to read this Light Cone page
Every Light Cone has exactly one passive effect tied to the wielder's combat performance; that effect scales up as you Superimpose it from S1 to S5 — use the S1-S5 buttons above to see the exact numbers at each level instead of guessing or interpolating. A Light Cone only delivers its full value on a character who shares its Path; "Characters who use this cone" lists every character on that Path, while "Best users" is a narrower list pulled from real build consensus, not a guess.
Base stats (HP/ATK/DEF) are shown at Lv80 for every cone of the same rarity so they can be compared directly; a 5-star cone will always edge out 4-star and 3-star ones here — the real difference lives in the passive effect, not the flat stats. The "Alternative cones on the same Path" section suggests a few other options if you do not own the signature cone yet, or want to compare before spending ascension materials.
