Lucy is a 6★ Intellect Reality DPS built around accumulation: each Incantation spends 10 stacks of [Electric Charge] for bonus damage, while her Ultimate grants [Pragmatism], making every attack count as effective against ANY Afflatus (+10% effectiveness multiplier) so enemy typing can never wall her. Her standout is the snowball engine: every enemy that leaves the field refunds charge, adds [Data Iteration] (+4% ATK) and fires an extra AoE [Kinetic Conservation] — she hits harder the longer a fight runs. Insight III also emits a [Force Field] that raises the whole team's effectiveness multiplier, so Lucy carries damage while doubling as a light buffer.
