Ulrich — Review & Analysis
Ulrich is an Intellect DPS (6★, S-tier) built entirely around an Electric Power engine. Both of his incantations are self-chants: they enter Analysis states, and once active they stack Etiquette: Ritual Might and pump Electric Power into the Surging Electric Field, whose end-of-round Peak Potential is his true damage source. His passive turns every Electric Power injection from the whole team into extra Key and power, making him a snowballing nuker that pays off the longer a fight runs.
- Self-feeding Electric Power loop: 20 on entry, more each round-end, and the ultimate injects up to 30 — he almost never starves for resources.
- Insight III scales with the WHOLE team's Electric Power injections, richly rewarding a lineup built around him.
- S-tier Intellect with a built-in +8% damage on entry and self-stacking Etiquette: Ritual Might for amplification.
- Intellect stands outside the Afflatus counter cycle — it counters nothing.
- Slow ramp: his incantations deal no direct damage, so the first few turns are pure setup before the field pays off.
- Countered by Spirit Afflatus, and reaching peak output leans on allies also injecting Electric Power.
Prioritize the ultimate The Sum of Infinite Computation and the incantation that feeds the field, and push the passive to Insight III to complete the Key/Electric Power engine. Since damage is concentrated in the field and Peak Potential, pick an ATK/DMG (or crit) Psychube suited to a ramping DPS, and pair him with allies who inject Electric Power to exploit Insight III.

Where to Get
Teams with Ulrich
Ulrich and Charon both carry the Dynamo tag and pair it with Ultimate/Moxie respectively — Dynamo resource generated by one feeds the other's payoff. Lucy adds a third Dynamo source at A+-tier damage but needs her Euphoria. Ms. NewBabel survives on the front line with Riposte/Shield/Moxie while the Dynamo cycle spins up.
Teams →Enigma, Corvus and Lucy all tap into Dynamo together with Ultimate — combining it across three kits at once outperforms any single carry doing it alone. Ms. NewBabel keeps the line-up alive with Shield so that payoff has time to land.
