Ms. New Babel is a Mineral-Afflatus tank/guardian built entirely around Reality DEF: both her shields and her damage scale off it. Her Ultimate flips on Taunt plus a control-immune counterattack to soak hits for the team, while Incantation II blankets the whole party in a Shield. The longer she is attacked, the tankier she gets as Guarding Instinct stacks up into the permanent Loyal Partner state.
- Incantation II shields the entire team for 150–375% of her Reality DEF, single-handedly carrying backline survival.
- The Ultimate's Taunt plus counterattack and control immunity pulls every target onto her and punishes attackers, turning being hit into an advantage.
- Her bonus damage scales off Reality DEF, so investing in DEF makes her both tankier and offensively relevant instead of wasting stats.
- The passive self-stacks DEF (Guarding Instinct → Loyal Partner), so she only gets harder to kill the longer a fight lasts, and becomes immune to Moxie reduction.
