Weapon mechanics (applies to every P5X weapon)

Weapons are hard-locked to one character — they cannot be swapped to another character.
Weapon level is SHARED: leveling up any one weapon raises the level of every other weapon owned by that same character, regardless of rarity. Level cap is 80, reached via 7 breach overclocks using crystals (Blue/Purple/Yellow).
Forging is NOT shared — each weapon forges independently. Even-numbered forge steps (0/2/4/6) need a duplicate of the exact same weapon; odd-numbered steps (1/3/5) accept any weapon of the same rarity.
