Arahabaki
Palace boss
A mysterious god of ancient Japan. Most famously worshipped by Nagasunehiko, who was defeated in battle against Emperor Jinmu, Arahabaki came to be treated as a symbol of rebellion and defiance.

Battle Mechanics
1. Arahabaki summons various Dogu (clay figures). While Dogu are on the field, Arahabaki gains various effects. 2. Each turn, its Progress rises by 1 per living Dogu. At 10 Progress, Arahabaki uses Abyssal Gaze, inflicting Despair on the whole party. 3. At battle start or below 50% HP, it summons 1 of each of 4 Dogu types: Weakness Dogu — guards Arahabaki's weaknesses; defeating it turns several affinities to Weak. SP Dogu — drains party SP each turn; defeating it restores SP. HP Dogu — heals Arahabaki each turn; defeating it restores party HP. Progress Dogu — raises Progress each turn; defeating it lowers Progress.
