Two side banner types
Besides the main limited banner above, Gakuen Idolmaster runs two other gacha types. Neither needs its own calculator — here's what each one is.
48-Hour Guaranteed-SSR Gacha
A limited gacha open for 48 hours, usually for new or returning producers. It guarantees at least one SSR P-idol from its pulls — the SSR is fixed, not random — so it is the safest way to secure a high-rarity card. It draws from its own featured pool and does not add points toward the limited-banner spark.
Platinum Gasha
A permanent gacha paid with Platinum, a currency earned through normal play rather than bought with gems. It has its own separate pool of standard P-idols and support items, kept apart from the paid-gem banners, and pulls here do not count toward the limited-banner spark.
How Spark works
- Every pull on a banner adds points; enough points, roughly 200 pulls, lets you exchange for the limited P-idol you want.
- Exchange points usually vary per banner — check the running banner's exchange terms carefully before committing your pulls.
The 200 milestone is a common community point figure; points and exchange terms may change per banner — always confirm in-game.
