Gakuen Idolmaster gift codes
The list of active gift (serial) codes, with rewards and step-by-step redemption instructions.
Unlike many big gacha titles that drop redemption codes after every livestream, Gakuen Idolmaster essentially does not use gift codes as a reward channel. We keep the code list here and will update it the moment the publisher actually issues one, but we will NOT invent codes to make the page look full — fake codes only waste your time. What is actually worth doing is farming free Jewels in-game, and that is what this page is really about.

Where Free Jewels (ジュエル) Come From
Jewels are the gacha currency. Below are the confirmed channels that hand out free Jewels or free items, taken from the Japanese guide corpus (Japanese community wiki, captured 2026-07-12) — each block states its source. Any figure we could not verify is left out rather than guessed.
The game's main mission chain and the fastest way to raise PLv — the steadiest reward stream for a new account. Mission 25 (finish producing 3 different idols) also unlocks Contest.
Unlocks day by day. Collecting 60 Beginner Points (初心者Pt) pays out 1,000 Jewels plus one guaranteed-SSR P-idol gacha ticket. Optional, but it is the biggest early Jewel lump a fresh account can grab.
Enter someone's invite code (or share your own) and clear the conditions — worth up to 1,000 Jewels. This is the closest thing Gakumas has to a "gift code": it is an INVITE code, not a redemption code, and each account can only use one once.
Asynchronous PvP using Memories from idols you have produced, paying out per season. The required plan rotates each season, so check which plan is live before you raise anyone — spreading effort across 3 idols beats dumping it into 1 (the 25,000 total-power mission needs roughly 8,500 per lineup).
The daily exchange lets you trade in-game resources for items — this is an ITEM source, not a Jewel source, but it saves Jewels because you never have to buy those items. There is also an item exchange where Flowers convert into P-idol pieces used to unlock or dupe-up idols.
The Platinum gacha is mostly outdated cards — do not burn Jewels on it, pull only when you hold a Platinum ticket. For limited banners, bank enough Jewels to reach the guaranteed exchange (spark; the community pegs it around 200 pulls — always check the terms printed on the banner itself). Prioritise landing SSR support cards over collecting extra one-off P-idols.
Why Gakumas Has No Codes Like Other Gacha Games
Redemption codes are a payout habit of certain publishers, not a rule of the gacha genre. Gakuen Idolmaster picked a different channel: rewards flow through missions, progression milestones and in-game campaigns.
- The closest thing to a "code" in Gakumas is the FRIEND INVITE code (友達招待コード) — it pays both sides in Jewels; it is not a public gift code anyone can type in.
- That means the endless "latest Gakumas codes" lists floating around are almost certainly fabricated clickbait. Typing a fake code does no damage, but it wastes your time and makes you feel you are missing rewards that never existed.
- We still keep the code list box at the top of this page: if the publisher ever does issue one (say for a special event), it will show up there with an update date.
A Jewel Route for a Fresh Account
The order below follows the same route the Japanese beginner guides recommend, and it also happens to be the order that pays the most Jewels per hour played.
- Start with a reroll for SSRs (ideally 2+ SSR support cards), then claim the free SSR P-idol of your choice from the Produce screen — that is a free grant, do not skip it.
- Grind 初星課題 before anything else: it drives PLv, and only a high PLv makes the cards you pick up inside produce good enough to clear harder stages.
- In parallel, collect the 入学記念ミッション (60 points → 1,000 Jewels + a guaranteed-SSR ticket) and the 友達招待キャンペーン (up to 1,000 Jewels).
- Once Contest unlocks (after 初星課題 25), raise 3 idols evenly to hit the total-power mission — season rewards are the long-run Jewel and item stream.
Keeping Jewels: The Worst Places to Burn Them
Farming Jewels is only half the problem. The other half is not spending them badly — because limited banners carry a guaranteed exchange (spark), and reaching it requires a pre-saved lump of Jewels.
- Platinum gacha: mostly older cards and idols. Japanese guides say do NOT pull it with Jewels — pull only when you hold a Platinum ticket.
- Chip-pulling on banners you do not need: if the current banner's pickup is not something you want, save for the next one — Jewels never expire, banners always do.
- Ignoring the spark counter: the community pegs the guaranteed exchange at around 200 pulls. That figure has no official confirmation here, so always read the terms printed on the banner itself before pulling — but the principle stands: plan to reach the exchange before you start pulling.
Frequently asked questions
Does Gakumas have gift codes?
Essentially no. We found no public các game gacha lớn-style redemption channel for Gakuen Idolmaster. What does exist is the FRIEND INVITE code (友達招待コード) — it pays both sides in Jewels and each account uses one once. If the publisher ever issues a real code, the list at the top of this page gets updated with a date; we do not post codes we cannot verify.
What is the fastest way to get free Jewels?
On a fresh account: run 初星課題 (the main mission chain) to push PLv while clearing the 入学記念ミッション — 60 Beginner Points pays 1,000 Jewels plus one guaranteed-SSR P-idol gacha ticket. The friend invite campaign adds up to another 1,000 Jewels. (Source: Japanese community wiki, captured 2026-07-12.)
Should I save Jewels or pull now?
The rule: only pull when you have a plan to reach that banner's guaranteed exchange (spark) — the community pegs it around 200 pulls, but read the terms printed on the banner itself. Do not burn Jewels on the Platinum gacha (mostly older cards; pull it only with tickets). Prioritise SSR support cards, since support cards are what raise the ceiling of every future produce run.
