How to redeem
Finish the Prologue, open the main menu → Exchange Code, enter the code and confirm. Rewards arrive in your in-game mailbox.

Code not working? 5 common causes
- Wrong server: CN/KR codes fail on Global (error 11000-style) — check the code region first.
- Expired: P5X codes are usually short-lived — see the expired list above.
- Format: enter exact upper/lower case, no stray spaces (use the copy button).
- Prologue not cleared: the Exchange Code menu only unlocks after the opening chapter.
- Already redeemed: each code works once per account — check your in-game mailbox.
