Leaks: How to Read Them Safely

Three checks before trusting any leak: (1) Is it from the official channel? Only Kuro Games' own in-game mail, launcher announcements, and verified social accounts count as confirmed — everything else, no matter how detailed, is unofficial until the studio itself repeats it. (2) Is it a datamine or a rumor? A datamine (pulled from game files that already shipped to your device) describes something that exists in code right now, but unreleased kits, numbers, and even entire characters get reworked or cut before they go live — a datamine is evidence of intent, not a guarantee. (3) Does it show a date? Leaks with no source name and no timestamp are the easiest to fabricate; treat those as entertainment, not planning material.
