Ms. Radio is a budget 2-star built around Moxie disruption rather than raw damage. Her BupD and LeEe incantations deal single-target and 2-enemy AoE Mental DMG, but the multipliers are low, so they only serve as light finishers. The real hook is her ultimate: she sacrifices all her HP to strip 4 Moxie from every enemy and inflict [Disconcert], blocking Moxie gain for 2 rounds — a one-shot way to delay enemy ultimates before she leaves the field.
