Axe Armorbeast

A wild axe armorbeast. The creature is clad with bony plates. It can even ram open thick, heavy alloy gates with its axe-shaped horns.

Axe Armorbeast is a Normal enemy of the Wildlife family in Arknights: Endfield. You will run into it in Central Area. Defeating it drops Axehorn. Takes a short step then thrusts its horn upward, dealing physical damage in front of it; step back or sidestep out of the horn's reach as soon as the step begins.

How Axe Armorbeast attacks — and how to dodge

Stagger HP: 280

Horn Thrust — Takes a short step then thrusts its horn upward, dealing physical damage in front of it; step back or sidestep out of the horn's reach as soon as the step begins.
Ground Slam — Lifts its limbs before slamming down for physical damage and a knockback; move away from directly beneath/in front of it before the landing to avoid both the hit and the shove.
Charge Sequence — After a short delay it charges forward three times in a row (each charge deals physical damage and knocks back), then finishes with an upward horn thrust; dodge laterally out of the charge lane each time rather than trying to outrun it head-on.
Roar Attack — Charges up then roars, dealing continuous physical damage over the charge-up and roar; this attack can be interrupted with a stagger/interrupt skill before it lands.
Enhanced Ground Slam — A stronger variant: lifts its limbs and slams down for physical damage, then charges up again and unleashes a wide-area physical hit ahead with knockback; the charge-up window can be interrupted with skills, otherwise retreat well outside the wide frontal area before it releases.
