Armored Manglerbeast is a Elite enemy of the Wildlife family in Arknights: Endfield. You will run into it in Sword Vault Dale. Defeating it drops Caudal Goldscale. Stomps in place several times while the Rockhowler riding on its back throws a banana peel onto the field. Note where the peel lands: do not step on it yourself, but remember the spot to exploit later.

How Armored Manglerbeast attacks — and how to dodge

Stomp + Banana Peel Toss — Stomps in place several times while the Rockhowler riding on its back throws a banana peel onto the field. Note where the peel lands: do not step on it yourself, but remember the spot to exploit later.
Rock Barrage — Stands still while the Rockhowler on its back throws several rocks. Strafe sideways to break the throwing line.
Roar into Charge Slash — Roars in place, then charges at the target and slashes. If it steps on a banana peel while charging it slips and falls for a few seconds, so line yourself up behind a peel to bait the charge over it and open a free damage window.
Triple Leap Slam — Leaps at the target three times, each slam creating a progressively larger area of effect. Dodge further out after each slam because the next one covers more ground.
Backward Leap Explosion — Leaps backwards and creates an explosion where it lands. Move away from its landing spot the moment you see it jump back.
Pillar Spin (9 rotations, then dizzy) — Pulls a pillar out of the ground and spins it around itself nine times, then gets dizzy for a period afterwards. Stay out of the spin radius and dump all your damage during the dizzy window.
Defensive Curl — Curls up into a defensive stance that deflects all attacks. Normal hits are wasted here; target its hands, which are the weak points, to break the stance.
