The tag is derived directly from the unit's tier on our Tier List (SS/S = built from ≥2 independent build-list sources): SS/S shows "Worth considering", A shows "Situational — depends on your roster", B/C shows "Low priority in current meta". Units with no tier data yet (too new, or off-meta support with no ranked build) are honestly labelled "Not enough data" — we do not invent a rating. This is meta strength information only, never a spending instruction; whether to actually pull is always your own budget and roster call.

These are exact expected-value calculations from the same 0.8%-base / soft-pity-66 / hard-pity-80 model used on our Pity Calculator, not a guess: starting from 0 pity, the math says ~54 pulls on average to hit any 5★, and ~81 pulls on average to guarantee the featured 5★ on a Character banner (accounting for a possible 50/50 loss).
