Alexios — Review & Analysis
Alexios is a Reality DPS of the Beast Afflatus, built for single-target burst through "Stronger than Ares." (up to 500% DMG) and for clearing the board with his ultimate Day of Searing Terror (400% to all enemies). His core is a rapid Adrenaline engine: every skill and his passive feed Adrenaline, letting him recycle the ultimate constantly. That ultimate also counts as one Assassinate, so Alexios shines most in Assassinate line-ups, especially alongside Cassandra.
- Strong Reality damage both ways: single-target up to 500% and a 400% ultimate that sweeps every enemy.
- Excellent Adrenaline economy — skills and passive constantly feed Adrenaline, enabling dense ultimate cycling.
- Fits Assassinate teams: the ultimate counts as one Assassinate, and the passive can fire an extra Ultimate Ritual, with a higher chance when Cassandra is present.
- Crit-reliant: his AoE skill only feeds Adrenaline on a Crit Hit, so the loop runs smoothly only with a crit-focused build.
- Team-dependent: full value comes from allies with Assassinate (especially Cassandra); on his own he drops off noticeably, and his Beast Afflatus is countered by Mineral.
Level the Ultimate first — it is his main AoE damage and the starter of the Adrenaline/Assassinate loop — then his single-target "Stronger than Ares." for extra burst. For Psychubes, favor crit-oriented options (crit rate / crit dmg) or ATK to push Reality damage; crit matters most because it governs his Adrenaline generation. Pair him with allies carrying Assassinate, ideally Cassandra, to maximize the extra Ultimate Ritual procs.
